[ISS Support Case] Insight Solution Stopped Publishing

have an aveva insight application that used to work (till about 20 days ago). It routes data from OPC and publishes it for access via insight. I'm not an expert at these systems. The OCMC in the help about says it's version 2022.0713.4211.1. I tried repairing the installation with the old install file --> No improvements. I tried installing with the current download from online.wonderware.com. In the OCMC, I see the data that is collected from the OPC server refresh. --> I think the OCMC is collecting the data. The Log file shows a couple errors I cannot figure out: including: Publisher failed to configure store/forward 'C:\ProgramData\ArchestrA\Historian\IDAS\SF\LOCALHOST\' for LOCALHOST, error = 138 (Failed to write to Store/Forward lock file) [CIMSERVER; StorageNode.cpp; 1238] Publisher failed to restart acquisition, error = 138 (Failed to write to Store/Forward lock file) [CIMSERVER; IdasServer.cpp; 3095] I have tried deactivating the OI.Gateway. and stopping the wonderware suitelink. Then resume the gateway and restart the process. I have tried to attached the log file with the last few hours of entry. the system rejected the log file so I changed the extension from *.aaLGX to *.txt

They stay offline for about 2 minutes then they reconnect. They don't see any reconnect scripts that could cause it. They are waiting to reboot until they have a good opportunity. System platform 2020R2 SP1 They recently migrated to a new server. Suggested it may be a firewall or security program interfering with the connection. They will check with the IT department about that. Not available until the afternoon on 9/6/2024

Client reached out as when user was attempting to create additional MBTCP server instance they received the following error message: "Multi-Instance configuration is only supported with a professional level license or higher. Please upgrade the license to create additional instance's." Client also had the following error in the logger: "LicAPISvcProxy.NET failed to communicate with Aveva Enterprise License product service."
