TN MDT106 MDT Autosave for System Platform Pre-Installation Error "SQL Server Client Tools were not found"

When installing Autosave for System Platform using a remote SQL Server for your Autosave Database. You get a Pre-Installation Error that says "SQL Server Client Tools were not found"

When installing Autosave Server using a remote SQL Server installation to host the Autosave database your get the following error:

This error happens because the SQL Server Client Tools are not installed.

You will need to install the SQL Server Client Tools of the remote SQL Server version you are running. The versions must match.

Install the following:

• Client Tools Connectivity
• Client Tools Backwards Compatibility

Once installed you can proceed with the installation without issue.
