In order to allow access to the Webpage you must export the Archestra Service Bus Certificate generated during the configuration of the System Management Server. This certificate serves as both an SSL and TLS certificate allowing secure remote access to the RMP Webpage. You do still need to assign roles and permissions in Recipe Management to any users you wish to make changes through the execution portal.
The certificate should be exported from the System Management server directly and not the RMP node unless they share both roles.
This method only applies if you are using Recipe Management Plus Integrated with System Platform as well as the System Management Server feature.
Solution
1.Start by pressing Windows + R and typing the command "certmgr.msc" or alternatively you can search for "Certificate Manager in the Windows search Box.

2.Navigate to Trusted Root Certification Authorities and then Certificates.

3.Locate the ASB certificate which should follow the naming convention of “<Hostname> ASB Root CA”

4.Right click the certificate All Task > Export the Certificate
NOTE: You do not need to export the private key unless you are using a certificate generated by your IT. In that case you should consult with local IT about the SSL certificate requirements.

5.Follow the Certificate Export Wizard leaving all settings as default and then import the certificate onto the remote node into the local Trusted Root Certification authority. You want to import the certificate into the exact same spot on the remote node that you exported it from.
