[ISS Support Case] Render Webpage in Touch

Is there an updated method to render a webpage in inTouch? The Microsoft webpage ActiveX control that uses Internet Explorer within Intouch is not able to render a webpage with a live video feed from a webcam. I'm guessing it has to do with IE's age and lack of support. I can bring up the page with Edge and Chrome browsers.
