Details

Axis camera views may be embedded in InTouch using the web widget.  This article shows how to resolve certificate errors for the camera.  A typical certificate error message is shown when navigating to the camera website.

The first step is to export the certificate from the Axis Device Manager software.  Next, install the certificate on the InTouch HMI using Manage Computer Certificates.  It is installed into the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab.

The certificate is then added as a CA certificate from Axis Device Manager.  Click on the gear and then Security to scroll down to the following.  Select the certificate and click Save.

The certificate needs to be pushed to each camera.  Select each device and right click to choose Security | Secure Communications | Enable/Disable from the dialog box. Click Next.
