Details

This article from InSource shows how to view any installed Hotfixes on systems that are version 2017 U2 or older.

  1. Version 2017 U3 included Diagnostic Manager that can be used to view installed hotfixes.
  2. For older versions if there are any hotfixes installed there will be a file called HFDB.XML located at C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Hotfixes.
  3. Opening that file in a web browser will show details on the installed hotfix.
  4. This can be useful if a deployment fails with the message below because the GR and the Remote Platform do not have the same hotfix(s) installed.
