  • Applies to: ArchestrA IDE all versions

When trying to open and edit an object you get the below error message.

  1. Browse to the Services Menu on the local machine or type in the Run bar Services.msc and search for the Windows Management Instrumentation service. If this isn't running or has been Disabled then we will need to start this.
  2. Select the service and Right Click then select the Properties menu option. Click on the Startup type option and select Automatic as seen below then click OK

  3. Right hand click on the Service and select start. The error message will now disappear and you will be able to open and edit objects in your Galaxy.
