79370 - Unable to Reach Programs List in Installation Package

Problem

Trying to install Sentinel System Monitor, but the System Platform installation package doesn't bring up the menu that allows you to select which programs to install

Solution

FR (11:20am): Called at left VM for customer. FR (3:15pm): Customer was able to resolve his own issue. He approved closing the case #.
