Occasionally you may want to delete an installed license so that a different license can be temporarily installed. The currently installed licenses can be backed up to make reinstalling them quicker.

When looking in the License Manager the path to where the files are installed is displayed in the "License Path" column.
If you browse to this folder through Windows Explorer you will find a folder that contains the current licenses, as well as some temporary backup files, and possibly your Wonderware.opt file (if using ArchestraServer.lic files).
The .lic files in this folder are the current files in use, so at a minimum these can be backed up. The easier approach is typically to just backup the entire folder.
When you are then ready to restore the licenses, you can go back to this folder and overwrite the current files with the backups, either overwriting specific files, or the folder as a whole.
