Details

InTouch Machine Edition is an tool for visualizing your processes via an HMI screen.  When first evaluating the product it can be useful to try the software before investing in it.

By default, when you first install InTouch Machine Edition no license is configured.  If the development software is started during this time, the Demo mode will be enabled.  This will allow for 40 hours of development time.  This is a total of 40 hours, so it is important to close the software when not in use, otherwise the 40 hours timer will continue to run.

It is important to understand that the timer is running any time the InTouch machine edition software is running, which may involve software running which is not visible on the screen.  For this reason, when finishing your work with ITME it is important to click the Stop button to end your project, as your project may still run even if the visual component has been shut down.

Once a license has been aquired, it can be installed/configured via the licensing utility.
