When attempting to open an application in InTouch Access Anywhere, you may receive this error message...
- Go to Windows Services.
- Locate InTouch Access Anywhere Server service.
- Stop the Service.
- Right click the service and select Properties.
- Click the Log On tab.
- Change the account from Local System to any account with administrative privileges on that machine.
- Start the Service.
