When running Windowviewer sometime Windows security only allows view.exe to run. When this happens and other dependencies cannot start not everything will work within Intouch. As example Windowviewer will start but you cannot see alarms. To see the alarms alarmmgr.exe will also need to be allowed to run.

The dependencies are:
