When trying to create new galaxy you might get this error in the logger:

"From Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server. [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen

(SECCreateCredentials()).]SSQL Security error.. Unspecified error (80004005) caught at line 11995 in Cde.cpp(in)"

The error means that you need to turn on FIPS Security. It can be found in the location below:

Enable it.

Now you should be able to create your galaxy.
