Description

This article from InSource shows how you can bypass the opening screen in Secure Gateway.  This is so that you don't have to constantly reenter the name of your InTouch Access Anywhere Server that the Gateway is funneling you towards.

Details

The role of the Secured Gateway is to funnel external users of InTouch Access Anywhere to the InTouch Access Anywhere Server through a DMZ.    The InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway does NOT have any Remote Desktop Services on it, nor does it have any Wonderware licensing.

If I want to use InTouch Access Anywhere via Secure Gateway, the first screen that you will probably see after supplying the Secured Gateway URL (https://<SecuredGateway Node or IP Address>:443/) is the following below. If I have you only have one InTouch Access Anywhere Server, how can you get passed this screen, without constantly having to re-enter the InTouch Access Anywhere server name?

Resolution:

In The URL that you use to connect to the Secured Gateway, you will need to add the parameter of Address separated by "?" at the end of "default.html".
