- Author: Dillon Perera
- Published: 12/29/2015
- Applies to: InTouch 9.5 and up
Details
Within the specific InTouch application's folder will be a file named Password.bin. This file contains all of the usernames and passwords that are configured within your application. If you get locked out of the application, you can delete this file, and when InTouch is restarted it will recreate the file with only the default user.
Once this is done, you can log in with:
Username: administrator
Password: wonderware
Note: When doing this it will delete all other configured users, so if there were previously a lot of users, they will all need to be readded to the software.
