TN IT184 Use the Log file to troubleshoot issues with InTouch Access Anywhere
You can use the Access Anywhere log file to view detailed information of the server configuration and troubleshoot issues.

To view the log file use the InTouch Access Anywhere Server Configuration tool located at Start -> All Programs -> Wonderware -> InTouch Access Anywhere Server and click the Logging tab.
Click the View Current Log button to open the active file.
Review detailed configuration information and review the file for licensing and connectivity data.
