Details

If your Intouch administrator password is lost you can remove the security to gain access back to the application.

 

Note:If you remove the security you will need to recreate the users and their access levels.

 

Shut down your application. Browse the project directory for the Intouch application you are using. Inside the directory you will find a file called password.bin. You can remove it from the directory. Launch your application though Windowmaker.  Your security will be removed.  Reset the users and access levels if necessary.
