This is a known issue which is best resolved by upgrading the Enterprise License Manager to version 3.7 or later.
Version 3.7 and later of the Enterprise License Manager can be downloaded from the Aveva (Wonderware) support site in the Product Hub section. If your license is flagged as being in a grace period state after upgrading, try to sync the License Manager. If you still encounter problems, please contact InSource Technical Support for assistance.
