How Do I Install a new ActiveX in InTouch

 

This Tech Note gives the example of you've downloaded Adobe Reader and wish to make the Active X available

 

1 Open InTouch and click on the Wizard Hat

 

 

2 The below Menu appaears and as you can see the standard default ActiveX's appear. Click Cancel.

 

 

 

3 Click on the Special Menu then Configure then Wizard/ActiveX

 

 

4 Click on the ActiveX Control Installation Tab

 

 

 

5 Search in the Available ActiveX controls for the Adobe PDF Reader then click the Install button

 

 

6 The Adobe PDF Reader wil appear in the Installed ActiveX Controls.

 

 

7 When you click on the Wizard Hat the newly installed ActiveX is now available to use.
