How to copy an existing CitectSCADA Project into a new Project

This Tech Note will walk you through how to copy a developed project into a new project which is named Treatment Plant.

1 Create a new Project and name it appropriately. This is named Treatment Plant then click the OK button.

2 Right click on the project you wish to copy in which in the case is called Milk Treatment.

3 Confirm in the From Project Box that the correct project has been selected. If not then click on the down arrow and make the appropriate change.

4 In the To Box select the Project you initially created which in this example is Treatment Plant.

5 A warning message will appear as seen below and if everything is correct then click the OK button.

6 Once completed you will see like below pages from the developed Milk Treatment project are now available in your new Project.
