  1. Open the FLEXnet License Administrators web page.

  1. Click the administration tab. If this is your first time logging in, it will either be admin/admin or your computername/username and password.

  1. Click the new button and fill in the information.There are 3 different roles. (Locally Managed Admin, Domain Administrator, and Domain Administrator Group)
