Unable to Import Windows Client Controls into Wonderware Application Server 2014 R2

1 When trying to import the Windows Client Controls you get the below error message.

 

 

2 The problem is the Tree View Control located in the Situational Awareness\Support Folder. This needs to be exported as a .aaPKG file and saved to somewhere on your computer.

3 Once backed up you need to delete the dot net as seen below.

 

 

 

4 Import your dot net Windows Forms from the below location.

 

 

 

5 Keep the defaults when you see this window.

 

 

 

6 Once completed your dot net forms will be loaded as seen below.

 

 

 

7 Import the Tree Viewer .aaPKG as seen below.
