Details

The Distributed Alarm Display object is an older version of the Alarm Viewer Control that is used to display summary (current) and historical alarms. 

There are 2 main types of queries to use for these alarms. 

The local query is \InTouch!Group and the remote query is \\Node\InTouch!Group.

If there is an issue with querying remote alarms you will see the message Update Incomplete at the bottom of the Distributed Alarm object.

The issue is with the query. Due to DNS issues the Hostname of the node used in the query may have issues getting resolved correctly.

Try using the IP address instead of the Hostname.
