Deploy of a UDO stuck at 3% for over 30 minutes. No warnings or messages in the deploy log, the Aveva logger or the Event Viewer.

Solution

Net stop aagr and net start aagr from a Command prompt. We then got a warning on deploy unable to communication with target engine Resolved after undeploying and deploying without cascade deploy.
