This video from InSource shows to quickly resolve an error on installation of the OI-Core. The error is "Unable To load PreOICoreInstallCustomForm.dll due to error Could not load file or assembly"

Details

This error could reference a variety of DLL's, but this will be the initial error that one could encounter when installing the OI-Core.   Being that the OI-Core is a separate installation from the actual itself (ABCIP, ABTCP, SIDIRECT, etc..), you may also have to apply this fix to that ZIP file as well before extraction and installation.
