The following error message is sometime seen when accessing the Enterprise Console from the Internet Explorer browser.

The error message recommends using IE 10, IE 11, Firefox (31.0.1), or Chrome (36.0.1985.143m).  In this case, the IE 11 browser is already installed.

Resolve this issue by clicking the tools icon in the upper right corner.

Select Compatibility View settings from the dropdown list.

 Uncheck the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View and Use Microsoft compatibility lists checkboxes.

Close and reopen the browser to see the problem has been resolved.
