This document contains important information about the Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 release.

Installation Instructions
You can use the Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 installer to install the Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 product.

Before installing Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2, the installer installs the following prerequisites:

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
  • Microsoft SQL Server System CLR Types for SQL Server 2012
  • Microsoft SQL Server System CLR Types for SQL Server 2014
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Management Objects
  • Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2012


Installing Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2

Run the Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 installer, based on the operating system, to install Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2.

To install on a 64-bit computer, run WWSK-BPM2014R2-x64.exe
To install on a 32-bit computer, run WWSK-BPM2014R2-x86.exe

Installing Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector and Extension for System Platform 2014 R2

Run the respective installers, based on the operating system, to install Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for System Platform 2014 R2 and Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for System Platform 2014 R2.

Connector

To install on both 32-bit and 64-bit computer, run Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for System Platform.exe
Extension

To install on a 64-bit computer, run Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for System Platform-x64.exe
To install on a 32-bit computer, run Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for System Platform-x86.exe

Installing Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector and Extension for Wonderware Information Server

Run the respective installers, based on the operating system, to install Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for Wonderware Information Server and Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for Wonderware Information Server.

Connector

To install on both 32-bit and 64-bit computer, run Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for Information Server.exe
Extension

To install on a 64-bit computer, run Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for Information Server-x64.exe
To install on a 32-bit computer, run Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for Information Server-x86.exe

Installing Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for OPC UA

Run the Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for OPC UA installer, based on the operating system, to install Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for OPC UA.

To install on a 64-bit computer, run Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for OPC UA-x64.exe
To install on a 32-bit computer, run Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extension for OPC UA-x86.exe

Installing Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for Microsoft SharePoint 2013

Run the Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for Microsoft SharePoint 2013 installer to install Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for Microsoft SharePoint 2013.

To install on a 64-bit computer, run WWSK-BPM2014R2-SP2013Connector-x64.exe
You can use this connector with Microsoft SharePoint 2013 server.Skelta BPM Connector for Microsoft SharePoint supports only on-premises installation of Microsoft SharePoint 2013.

You can upgrade only from Skelta BPM 2014 Connector for Microsoft SharePoint to Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for Microsoft SharePoint.

Upgrading to Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 from an Earlier Version
You can upgrade to Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 from the following versions:

Skelta BPM.NET 2011 Service Pack 4 version 3.5.9811.0
Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014
Before you run the upgrade installer, stop the Wonderware Skelta BPM Services, delete SkeltaTemp and Skelta Cache files, and stop IIS. Ensure to clear the browser cache after you upgrade, and before you use the upgraded product.

The following folders are created after you extract the ISO file of Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2:

Release Folder

Connectors: Installation executables for the Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connectors.
Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 – 32bit: Installation executables for Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2, Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Add-in for Outlook, and a Server Extensions folder. The Server Extensions folder contains the 32-bit executables for the Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extensions.
Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2 – 64bit: Installation executables for Wonderware Skelta BPM 2014 R2,Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Add-in for Outlook, Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Connector for Microsoft SharePoint 2013, and a Server Extensions folder. The Server Extensions folder contains the 64-bit executables for the Skelta BPM 2014 R2 Extensions.
