This Tech Note will help you troubleshoot a potential license issue where you have a Historian license but are only able to see 24 hours worth of data.

1 Open the System Management Console via Start - All Programs - Wonderware.
2 Expand your Historian down to the Management Console area and click on the status area.
3 Right hand click and select All Tasks - View License Information as seen below.
4 The License Information menu appears and click on the Features Tab. Your History Duration (Days) should show something similar to below. If it shows 24 hours then you have an incorrect license installed possibly a Development license. Remove the licenses if necessary and install the correct Historian license first. If you need to continue to Develop then install the Development license second.
