- The most common fix for this would be to run the Change Network Account Utility and allow it to reboot. (Will fix it majority of the time)
- If the server configuration is grayed out, multiple sessions of the SMC may be opened. Close out of all the sessions.
- Under the component services, tree down on component services and under DCOMconfig, look for a service called DAS_Agent.
Make sure the authentication level is set to none. Under the security tab, change it to customize and add the following login to all three of the boxes. (ANONYMOUS LOGON)
Under the identity, make sure the user name is the correct Archestra user that you are logged in as.
