Details
A QualityDetail of 44 with QualityString of "Pipe reconnect" is referring to a protocol that is used by SQL Server when a client is on the same machine as the SQL Server called Named Pipes. If for some reason, the connection is interrupted or the value does not change for a timeout period, and there is a subsequent reconnect, you’ll see the first value on the reconnect recorded with a quality detail of 44. It is normal to see a quality detail of 44 and “Pipe Reconnect” . However, it could indicate that you have a slow changing value which just updated.
