Details

To create a custom SMC. 

 

Open the run menu. Type mmc -32

Then will open the MMC Console. Click the File Menu then select Add/Remove Snap-in.

Now select the snap-in you want to add. In this example I added the "Galaxy Database Manager" Click on ok when done.

Now you see the snap-in added under your console.

Now click on File menu and select "Save AS" and name your custom SMC and save it. Now you have your custom SMC for future use.
