This technote from InSource describes how to change the IMC link to the IntelaTrac Web Reports website.

Details

The URL for the web reports is defined during the installation of IntelaTrac.  It is sometime necessary to modify this after the install.  Selecting the Web Reports link from the IMC may give you the following error.

The link is modified from the SAT.Config file located in the c:\Program Files\Wonderware\IntelaTrac folder.

Stop the IntelaTrac Sync Service before making the change.  Right click to stop the service.

Modify the SAT.Config file from Notepad.  Search on Web to locate the URL.  Edit the URL to include the server name such as the following:  

 

http://<servername>/IntelaTracWebReports

 

Restart the IntelaTrac Sync Service from Services.  The link will now open the website as expected.
