This tech note walks through the process for backing up Wonderware Information Server.

Details
Step 1:
Launch the Wonderware Information Server Backup and Restore Utility:
Step 2:
Click the Backup radio button and select the location you wish to backup the application to and click the Backup\Restore utility.
Step 3:
After the backup has completed click the "Close" button and confirm the cab file has been created in the backup location. If for some reason the backup fails a log file will be created in the backup location with more information about the failure.
