We recently migrated our stage DB from version 2012 to 2019. We had some driver mismatch issues but were able to fix that particular issue. Now we have noticed that we have duplicate profiles and disable accounts within our stage app. Around 1/3 of the users are showing as disabled. LDAP sync is disabled from the J5 system management console so we are not sure what could have caused this, but looking at the way the profiles are setup, it definitely looks like it synced with LDAP somehow.

The IP will be changing so I want to know if we would need a temp license? 2. Is there any documentation that can help with disaster recovery for J5? 3. I'm assuming we would just need to update the DNS or IP address to the restored one for the disaster recovery test?
