TN BPM102 Work Tasks: Create new Workflow KPI

Description

Use the KPI(s) tab to define thresholds for KPI data points that are identified as critical reporting data. These KPI definitions can then be used in the BAM reporting module of Work Tasks to drive improvement metrics for a workflow .

Details

From the open Workflow menu, Select -> Settings -> BAM configuration:

1. Click New KPI. A dialog box appears.
2. Enter the following information:
   1. Name: Name for the new KPI.
   2. Data Point(s): Click Add New to add a Data Point, and enter the overall Threshold for it. 
      
3. Trend Analysis: Select the time periods for trend analysis.
4. Click Save.
