[ISS Support Case] Plant Scada 2020 Installation

Client reached out as they needed assistance setting up Plant Scada. User is having issues loading developments licenses as well as setting up communication drivers. Client originally started using 2023 Plant Scada, but rolled back after experiencing issues with installation. Client wants to obtain copies of latest patches and roll back communication drivers.

I am trying to communicate with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC using Plant SCADA 2023. Ive installed the S7TCP driver and was able to communicate using Symbolic Addressing (e.g. Tag_1, StartPump3, FlowRate, etc.). However, due to how the PLC was programmed, we have to use Absolute Addressing (e.g. %Q3, %QW1, %I9, %IW7, %DB20.DBD0, etc.). Can the S7TCP driver support Siemens Absolute Addressing?
