[ISS Support Case] Gets software protection failure or no license available from network pop up

Description

Thinks its 2016 (V.8) Citect not sure on exact version number. Whenever I log in and I go to check all my readings from the system we are monitoring (system crashes) gets a pop up software protection failure or no license available from network. Existing system, domain environment. Only update aware of when from using IE explorer to edge browser. Raised a ticket with IT but the edge issue was supposed to have been resolved. 10/18/2022: -Sent Customer a TN, awaiting response as to if it worked or not. 10/25/2022: -Tried multiple resolves checked configuration for network and computer role, to no avail. -Waiting on AVEVA to Contact back.

I am trying to communicate with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC using Plant SCADA 2023. Ive installed the S7TCP driver and was able to communicate using Symbolic Addressing (e.g. Tag_1, StartPump3, FlowRate, etc.). However, due to how the PLC was programmed, we have to use Absolute Addressing (e.g. %Q3, %QW1, %I9, %IW7, %DB20.DBD0, etc.). Can the S7TCP driver support Siemens Absolute Addressing?
