[ISS Support Case] Seeking OMI Certificate Workaround

Ref 98808 Follow-Up Inquiry / direct email: Is there a workaround that avoids installing the certificate on every client machine individually? Observed an inconsistency: Desktop version of View app gets stuck on initializing unless the certificate is installed. Mobile version loads successfully without requiring the certificate. Seeking insight into why mobile works without the certificate while desktop does not.
