[ISS Support Case] OMI Alarm Controls Double Click Issue
Last updated: October 17th, 2025Description
seeing an issue where if you click an alarm or historical alarm inside an OMI alarm display with Navigate to Area on Double Click enabled and you double click off to the side of the display with an alarm selected, the display still takes you to the area where the alarm was. The double click feature should only work if you double click a specific alarm in the display, not double click off to the side somewhere. To demonstrate this, I created a video showing what happens and explaining this. As you can, just contact me and I can send the video via pCloud or some other means.

I am having a really hard time understanding why my alarm query is not updating according to the script I wrote up. I have a script that should change how the alarm client is queried based on the current navigation. It updates the query accordingly when I navigate from one layout to another. However, when I navigate from one screen to another (that uses the same layout), the alarm query refuses to update!
