[ISS Support Case] Seeking Architectural Licensing Guidance

Having an issue with a Flex license recently switched to flex Have a bunch of thin clients tie to 3 different terminal servers. use central LM on that LM have license prior to the flex and updated flex license. older licenses are 2020 unlimited supervisory server is 2023 R2 Do I need to get 3 supervisory servers or should I be using reservations...? not super critical at this time.
