[ISS Support Case] Reports for Operations 2023 R2 Not picking up license after adding new license

Client was issued a new XML license. Client removed the old license and replaced with a new license in license manager. Client opens Reports for Operations 2023 and is getting the message "studio is running without a license". Additionally, Client would like to know how to reset security as he is currently not able to log in as any user. License server is on the same node as the Reports for Operations 2023 R2. License Manager 4.0.1.
