[ISS Support Case] Product Reinstall Locked Licenses On Backup License Server

Need help with deactivation and reactivation of licensing. Trying to deactivate license had redundant license server configured however, that server is no longer available. The product was reinstalled on the back up which generated a new license server ID so licenses are locked.
