[ISS Support Case] primary license server disconnected

A customer contacted support regarding unexpected behavior with Aveva Enterprise License Manager version 3.5.1. The customer has a redundant license manager setup. The primary license server is reporting as disconnected, and error messages indicate that the primary license server is unavailable. As a result, the system is failing over to the backup license server. It was noted that version 3.5.1 has known issues with stability and unintended behavior. To prevent further impact on production, support recommended upgrading to Enterprise License Manager 3.7.002.
