[ISS Support Case] License Manager

Description

The problem is with the license server. Opening this license server took longer than expected. When it did open, there were no licenses listed. The indication in the upper right of the screen was paired and available. When the back arrow was clicked to show all the license servers, there was a red bar on the left of the icon from . Clicking the icon again showed the correct licenses but the primary show disconnected. Both servers, are running, functioning and seem otherwise healthy. I have screenshots.
