[ISS Support Case] Lic Mgr - License

He had a computer that died that had an old version of InTouch on it. He's trying to take that older copy of app and put it on 2020. He just installed 2020 and put licenses on it and when he goes to open the app it says it can't see the licenses. He's green at this.
