[ISS Support Case] InTouch 2023 Upgrade from 2014 R2

After installing 2023p4 fresh, no license servers show in LM. Verified install was unblocked. Verified server configured in Configurator. Re-did Configurator - successful but no change. Verified group membership for CNA and logged on account. Trying to add a server gives "Add server failed". Verified services running as expected. Found HF 3623482 for this issue in LM 4.1, HF notes indicate issue was originally found in 3.7.02 which is what the SP 2023p4 installer installed. Upgrading LM to 4.1 required Historian HF 3566579.
