[ISS Support Case] Activated License Disappeared From LM Upon a refresh

2020 perpetual license was installed last year and now license disappeared from interface. Product would not grab a license. Steps taken: - saw license in the LM - selected refresh (not reset) and the license disappeared - tried adding back is visible but inaccessible (not selectable). Connected to internet LM 3.6 city of Rockford Illinois
