There is a known issue where the OI Gateway server won't start on the same system as InTouch ME 8.0 SP1 P01.
When attempting to activate the driver, the icon will not change from deactivated in the SMC. You will also see the following messages in the logger:
The workaround is to:
Copy:
libeay32.DLL
ssleay32.DLL
From:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\OI-Server\CommonFiles\bin
To:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\OI-Server\OI-Gateway\bin
