With Classic or Stand Alone InTouch you can easily move an application from one PC to another by copying the application folder. If you do this with a Modern application it will not open. With Modern applications you have to EXPORT to an .aapkg file and then IMPORT via InTouch Application Manager.
One sign that a Modern application folder has been copied and not exported/imported is it will not open and you will receive error message below.
Also in System Management Console you will see these messages indicating the SQL database for this Modern application is missing.
You can also verify that the Modern application was moved incorrectly by trying to EXPORT via InTouch Application Manager.
Nothing will happen after clicking EXPORT and you will see the following error message in Log Viewer in the System Management Console.
Again, copying the application folder does not create the necessary SQL database which houses the archestra graphics.
The fix is to go to the PC that has the original application and from the InTouch Application Manager right-click and choose EXPORT. Next, copy the .aapkg file that gets created to the new PC and choose File -> Import.
