On your desktop, right click and select New | Shortcut

In the Type the location of the Item field, enter

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\InTouch\view.exe" "<InTouch Application Path>"

For example,

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\InTouch\view.exe" "C:\users\ww\desktop\NewApp"

Click Next, then Finish

You can then move this shortcut anywhere you wish.
